篇名 以冒險教育生活效能為導向之繩索課程設計

中文摘要   目的:本研究旨在針對大學生族群設計一套繩索挑戰課程,並以「冒險教育生活效能」做為成效的評估指標。方法:研究以冒險教育生活效能量表(包含:時間管理、情緒控制、成就動機、社交領導、自信心與主動積極6個面向)分別進行前測、後測與延續測,以檢視課程實施成效,並利用SPSS 12.0 for Windows套裝軟體進行資料處理,統計方法包含:相依樣本t檢定及效果值。結果:在相依樣本t檢定與效果值方面,「時間管理」、「情緒控制」、「成就動機」、「社交領導」、「自信心」、「主動積極」與冒險教育生活效能量表總得分平均分數皆呈現增長的現象,其中,除「時間管理」面向外皆達到統計上的顯著水準。結論:上述研究結果表示此實驗課程可以帶來大學生在冒險教育生活效能上正向的改變。然而,「時間管理」面向並未如其他面向達到統計上的顯著水準,本研究推測可能為課程形式安排上產生的影響,建議後續研究者可以考量課程形式與細節的安排。最後,本研究所獲得結果可供未來相關實驗研究做為依循的指標。
英文摘要   The purpose of this study is to construct a set of challenge ropes courses and take "adventure education life-effectiveness" as benefit. These courses were benefit-oriented curriculum design. Also, experts and scholars were invited to provide suggestions for course corrections. The adventure education life-effectiveness scale (including 6 subscales such as Time Management, Emotional Control, Achievement Motivation, Social Competence, Self Confidence and Active Initiative) was used to pretest and posttest the effects. Data analysis was conducted by SPSS 12.0 for Windows. The statistical methods included paired sample t-test and effect size. Time Management, Emotional Control, Achievement Motivation, Social Competence, Self Confidence, Active Initiative and total adventure education life-effectiveness scale showed increase in scores. All subscales except for "Time Management" are statistically significant. In conclusion, the experimental course had effects on students' adventure education life-effectiveness. However, "Time Management" subscale was not statistically significant; the reason might be the form of time arrangement, the researcher also proposed suggestions for follow-up researchers and course design.
