The word progression is defined, in the course of the development of human history, with the belief that the world is continuously changing into a place more perfect. The concept of progression is not alien to modern people anymore. To individuals, making one's progression means to grow more mature in one's personality and to fulfill one's humanity .To groups in societies, progression means to become more prosperous and developed in material civilization, and what matters more is obviously their material lives which keep progressing and the idea that people hope to be more content and fulfilled in their daily life. Up until today, human civilizations have become globalized with their advanced technologies; however, we are still encountered with new problems brought to us by new technologies if we observe and reflect on ourselves from a religious point of view. Looking back at the course of the human development, the material life of human beings has made the most progress under the domination of scientific positivism and utilitarianism, and yet the spiritual life of human is contrarily presented as a paradoxical situation of retrogression ,which fully implies human beings will have a mislead future and are in a serious crisis. I believe that only through the power of religions that human could be lead to the right path and be saved from serious crises and become more balanced both internally and externally. Under the light given by limitless minds of all religions, the inner side of human beings could release their love, compassion and kindness and mercy, and the outer world of human being could be built as a society which is just, liberated, harmonious and fulfilling. |
